I was in and out within about thirty minutes, and I’ve never had any place get me everything I needed that fast! Susan was incredibly helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and made the whole process feel simple instead of stressful. I can honestly say I’ve never felt this well taken care of at any storage facility I’ve used before and I didn't feel rushed. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. She eased my worries with mentioning the smart device. I was stressed about someone possibly breaking in and taking my belongings, so knowing there was an added layer of security made me feel a lot more comfortable. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, easy, and much less stressful than I expected. Susan really went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for how quickly she was able to help me, along with just being friendly.

I have been to like 4 storage places in Abilene and have out of those places so upset with the customer service. Then I came ... Then I came to Easy Stop and was met by Susan Jones with a smile and a welcoming hello. Every question I had she answered and I knew I didn't have to go anywhere else! She helped us so much!!
